Of course, no fiesta is truly complete without food, and our selection of Antojitos and Botanas will be sure to whet your appetite. Start with a basket of Totopos (Chips and Tres Salsas), served with a trio of freshly made salsas: salsa crasa, a classic prepared with tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and lime; salsa verde, made with tomatillos and jalapeno peppers; and picante salsa, which contains chiles arbol. For cheese enthusiasts, try the Austin Queso, a Tex-Mex cheese dip that comes with Rocco’s chips and a variety of fresh vegetables for dipping. For palates that crave crunch and a lot of flavors, the Nachos are served with black beans, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, chihuahua cheese, pickled jalapeños, and garnished with chile de arbol and chipotle salsas. It is also possible to enhance the nachos with spicy beef, chicken, or brisket if you want to give it an added zest.

At Rocco’s Tacos, one of the most popular dishes is the Flautas – fried flour tortillas stuffed with chicken and served with salsa chile de árbol. If you are a fan of melted cheese then you should definitely not miss out on the Queso Fundido which is a blend of chihuahua and cheddar cheese baked with chili rajas and served with warm tortillas. The flavors complement each other well and each bite is a great appetizer or a snack.

Of course, tacos are a must-try, and we have a huge selection of tacos on our menu to choose from. Our Tacos de Casa come on flour tortillas (or gluten-free corn tortillas) with choices of delicious fillings such as adobe roasted chicken, spicy beef, or marinated grilled steak. Each taco is then garnished with chopped fresh pico de gallo, cilantro, pickled red onions, and a small amount of crumbled cotija cheese. For those who want something more familiar, Tacos de Calle is a street-style taco with freshly made corn tortillas. Other options you can go for include the crispy pork belly with chipotle BBQ, the shrimp with peanut salsa macha, or the classic pork carnitas.

Besides our tacos, you can also choose from our Burritos & Bowls. All burritos are made with yellow rice, black beans, chihuahua cheese, and guacamole and are served with sour cream and pico de gallo on the side. Looking for enchiladas, we offer such varieties as chicken with tomatillo sauce or pork with guajillo chili sauce served with yellow rice and beans. Whatever you choose to order, be it tacos, burritos, or enchiladas, you are in for a tasty Mexican meal.
